Personally came before me a J W Pridgen J P in and for the County and State afore said Mary E Weeks widow of Benjamin W Weeks age 74, person of lawful age, who, being sworn, declare in relation to the aforesaid claim as follows: As to Property I donТt own any real or personal and no one is legally bond for my support and I have not disposed of any property since Feb 29, 1904. My husband did not leave any life insurance and that neither of us has ever been married except to each other. As to my physician I canТt get on the account I am not able to hunt him up and I donТt know where he is. As to the eye witness to our marriage I canТt get one there is only one that I know anything about and I havenТt heard from him in some time. As to Church records we have none and the reason I canТt on the County Records our Court House and my house was burned in the time of the Civil War by the Confederate Soldiers.
