Aug. 18, 1812. Will of Isaiah Derickson, deceased, of Davidson Co.
To Easter Derickson one third of all and any property both real and personal
after all my just debts are paid. To my children, Fanny Derickson, Isaiah
Derickson, and Julian (Julia Ann) Derickson, the other two thirds of my property. I
appoint my son Joseph Derickson my executor. This 14 March, 1812.
