This Indenture made 27th of September 1853 Between James Dillow & Polly his wife of the County of Tazewell of the State of Virginia; Peter Totten and Polly his wife of the County of Smyth & State of Va; Catherine Thomas and Nancy Dillow both of the County of Wythe & St of Va of the first part and Elizabeth Dillow of the County of Wythe & St of Va of the other part witnesseth that the said James Dillow and Polly his wife; Peter Totten and Polly his wife; Catherine Tomas & Nancy Dillow in consideration of fifty Dollars of lawful money of the Commomwealth to them in hand said by the same Elizabeth Dillow at or before the enrealing and delivery of these presents the Receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have Bargained and Sold by these persons do each of them doth bargain and sell unto the said Elizabeth Dillow her heirs and ? a certain tract or parcel of land lying and being in the County of Wythe on Walkers Creek bounded by the Lands of Isiah Brutt & Robert Steel being the same land whar Abram Dillow lived and Died with their appurtenances to have and to hold to the said Elizabeth Dillow and her heirs forever to the sole use and behoof of the same Elizabeth Dillow and her heirs forever and the said James Dillow & Polly his wife; Peter Totten and Polly his wife; Catherine Thomas & Nancy Dillow for themselves and thare heirs do leavemant with the said Elizabeth Dillow and her heirs that the said James Dillow & Polly his wife; Peter Totten and Polly his wife; Catherine Thomas & Nancy Dillow the said tract or parcel of land with their appurtenances to the said Elizabeth Dillow and her heirs forever against the leluim of themselves and their heirs In testimony share of the said James Dillow and Polly his wife; Peter Totten and Polly his wife; Catherine Thomas & Nancy Dillow have hereunto set share affinced thare seals the day and year herein written.
