Know all men by these presents that I, Andrew Steetle of Brushvalley Township, Indiana County and State of Pennsylvania ( ) being in a decling State of health but of sound and disposing mind, memory, and understanding, do make and publish this my last will and Testament hereby revoking all former wills by me at any time heretofore made. And as to my worldly estate and all property real personal or mixed of which I shall die seized and possessed or to which I shall be entitled at the time of my decease I devise bequeath and dispose thereof in the mannor following to wit. First my will is that all my just debts and funeral expenses shall by my executor thereinafter named be paid out of my estate as soon after my decease shall be found by him convenient. Second, I give devise and bequeath to my beloved wife, EVE STEETLE thirty acres of the tract of land I now live on bounded on the west by land of Stephen Adams on the south by land of Andrew Lowman and on the East and North so as to endor the buildings and imparments now thereon to be laid of so as to contain the thirty acres in a convenient and comfortable manner this piece of ground is now under lease for a term of five years for the sum of thirty three dollars per year any sum of this money that may remain or any part of the time unexpired she is to have she is to have and or whatever port of the unexpired time of the above lease that may remain after my decease. She is to have six bushels of Wheat, six bushels of Buckwheat per year until the lease expired so that she may then come in possession of the same she is then to enjoy the same during her natural life after her decease the thirty acres of land is to fall back to my heirs hereinafter named the following She is to have absolute one horse beast one cow four sheep seven shoats and two full grown hogs seven full grown chickens one bed and bedding together with the headstead any cooking stove and all the furniture thereunto belonging also she is to have all the cupboard and kitchen furniture that I may have on hand at the time of my decease. Also one small copper kettle as their is now a bed in the house which now belongs to my wife EVE, daughter MARIAH she is to have providing the same is about he house at the time of my decease also my wife is to have the best dining table one bureau one side saddle and whatever carpeting that may be about the house at the time of my decease. This is to be her full part and share in my estate real personal and mixed as I seized and possesed. I give devise and bequeath to be equally diveded amoung all my children viz towit LYDY now married to WIGGINS. MARY now married to BAYLOR. SARAH now married to CHARLES GOMPERS, JACOB STEETLE, CATHERINE now married to BROWN, JOHN STEETLE, DAVID STEETLE and CHRISTINA ELIZABETH now married to DICK, the equal share or part thay may fall due to my daughter CHRISTINA ELIZABETH DICK shall be put to interest and she to receive the interest of the same annually during her natural life and after her decease the same is to be piad to her children then living each of them to share and share alike and lastly I do nominate and appoint CHARLES GOMPERS of the Borough of Indiana to be the Executor of this my last will and testament. In Testamony where I the said ANDREW STEETLE have to this my last will and Testament I have subscribed my name and affixed any seal this twentith day of June one thousand and eight hundred and sixty three.
Signed sealed published and declared by the said Andrew Steetle as and for his last will and Testament in the presence of us who who at his request and in his presence and in the presence of each other have subscrived our names as witnesses thereto.

Be it remember that on the twenty second day of September A D one thousand eight hundred and sixty three before me A L McClusky, Register for the probate of Wills and granting letters of Administration in and for said County was duly proved and approved the foregoing instrument of writing as and for the last will and testament of Andrew Steetle late of Brushvalley Township said County deceased by the Oaths of John Overdorff and Thompson McCrea subscribing witnesses thereto
And now towit September 25th, 1863 Letters Testamentary Issued to Charles Gompers the Executor is said will named he having first been sworn according to law.
