Some sources, including Ancestral File CDs indicate that this Phipps line starts with William Phipps born about 1550 in Worcester, England then goes to son John Phipps born 1580 in Worcester who married Elizabeth Neighbour then to son John Phipps born about 1607 in Worcestor who married ? then to son Joseph Phipps born 7-19-1640 in Reading, Berks, England who married Sarah Binfield then to son Isaiah Phipps born 8-8-1668 in Reading, Berks, England who married Eleanor Smith then to son Isiah Phipps born about 1709 in Philadelphia Pa who married Ann? then to son Joseph Phipps who is the start of the book on the Phipps by Mullins. Does anyone have proof of this line? It seems to be convincing, but what is the proof?
