     Virgil was married more than once and had several children. Vergil was born on 22 October 1910.^1,2,3 He was the son of Clarence Edmond Loghry and Ina Rhamy. Vergil died in 1983 at Stevenson, Skamania County, Washington.¹

     Thomas was born at Hepburn, Page County, Iowa, in 1871.¹ He was the son of George Eldredge Loghry and Nancy Jane Roumans. Thomas died in 1879 at Clarinda, Page County, Iowa.¹

     Wesley died. Wesley was born on 8 December 1873. He was the son of Priscilla Rosetta Loghry.

     Ada died. Ada was born at Burr Oak, Jewell County, Kansas, on 2 July 1881.¹ She was the daughter of Harvey Cooney Chubick and Clara Thornton. She married James Edward Loghry at Griswold, Cass County, Iowa, on 11 December 1901.¹ Ada died on 23 July 1918 at Omaha, Douglas County, Nebraska, at age 37.¹ Her body was interred on 24 July 1918 at Omaha, Douglas County, Nebraska, at West Lawn Cemetery.

     Edward Loghry had died before Sparkle Loghry was born. Edward was born on 10 January 1905. He was the son of James Edward Loghry and Ada Chubick. Edward died on 29 July 1906 at age 1.

     Sparkle did a lot of work on the family genealogy and passed along much of it to Joseph Jacob Loghry, one of the contributors to the Loghry Family History, and others, but he neglected to pass on his own family information. Some of this information was passed on to Joseph Jacob Loghry by way of his grandson Craig Davis of Springfield, Missouri who inherited his collection, but Craig may have other sources as well, so a reference to this page includes Craig and Sparkle. Sparkle was born at Emerson Mills, Iowa, on 12 August 1908.^1,2,3 He was the son of James Edward Loghry and Ada Chubick. He married Violet Martha Bowen at Ralston, Douglas County, Nebraska, on 26 December 1929.³ Sparkle died on 11 February 1987 at Council Bluffs, Pottawattamie County, Iowa, at age 78.³ His body was interred on 13 February 1987 at Omaha, Douglas County, Nebraska, at Mt. Hope Cemetery.³

     Marion died. Marion was born circa 1872. He was the son of Christian William Loghry and Elizabeth Allumbaugh.

     Sarah was born on 10 March 1860. Could have been born in Pennsylvania..¹ She married Jacob Schock Loghry at Clarinda, Page County, Iowa, on 4 November 1877.² The 1930 Census listed Sarah Ellen Grimm in addition to Ira Jacob Loghry and Beulah Rebecca Setser in the household of Jacob Schock Loghry, in Wallace, Benton County, Arkansas.³ Sarah Ellen Grimm was enumerated as Sarah Loghry. Married white female, age 70. Born in Pennsylvania, as were both parents. Able to read and write.³ Conflicting evidence states that she died in 1944. Sarah died on 7 May 1945 at Mt Pleasant, Arkansas, at age 85.

     Edith died Unknown. Edith was born at Nowata Indian Territory, Oklahoma, on 30 August 1884. She was the daughter of Jacob Schock Loghry and Sarah Ellen Grimm.

     John died. John was born in 1884.¹ He was the son of Jacob Schock Loghry and Sarah Ellen Grimm. Conflicting evidence states that John was born at Gravette, Arkansas, on 3 July 1887.²

     His body was interred at Gravette, Arkansas, at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery.¹ His body was interred at Gravette, Arkansas, at Mount Pleasant Cemetery. William was born at Gravette, Arkansas, on 19 April 1890.² He was the son of Jacob Schock Loghry and Sarah Ellen Grimm. He married Lydia Mae Friend at Gravette, Arkansas, on 3 November 1909. William died on 29 February 1936 at Centrolia, Oklahoma, at age 45.

     The obituary of Robert Adrian Loghry from a newspaper article written by Portia Schlitz states that Veda Ann Fishback (or Fishbach ?) Loghry was born July 29, 1894, and died January 25, 1981. She married Wess Allen at Gravette, Arkansas.¹ Vada was born at Gravette, Arkansas, on 29 July 1894.² She was the daughter of Jacob Schock Loghry and Sarah Ellen Grimm. Vada died on 25 January 1981 at Gravette, Arkansas, at age 86.

     Her common name was Lizzie.. Sara was born at Gravette, Arkansas, circa 1897.¹ She was the daughter of Jacob Schock Loghry and Sarah Ellen Grimm. She married Edwin H. Allen at possibly Gravette, Arkansas, on 1 November 1914. Her body was interred in 1975 at Gravette, Arkansas, at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery. Sara died in 1975 at Ringwood, Oklahoma.

     Ira was born at Gravette, Benton County, Arkansas, on 25 April 1905.^1,2 He was the son of Jacob Schock Loghry and Sarah Ellen Grimm. He married Beulah Rebecca Setser at Pineville, McDonald County, Missouri, on 30 June 1924. The 1930 Census listed Ira Jacob Loghry in addition to Sarah Ellen Grimm and Beulah Rebecca Setser in the household of Jacob Schock Loghry, in Wallace, Benton County, Arkansas.³ Ira died on 31 March 1939 at Vale, Malheur County, Oregon, at age 33.

     He married Vada Ann Loghry at Gravette, Arkansas.¹ Wess was born on 20 October 1883. Wess died on 25 January 1972 at age 88.

     Helen was born at Maysville, Benton County, Arkansas, on 19 December 1937.¹ She was the daughter of John Charles Marsh and Lilly Edith Loghry. As of 29 May 1954, her married name was Allen.² She married Cecil Ray Allen on 29 May 1954.² Helen Nadine Marsh died on 8 August 1999 at Tulsa, Tulsa, Oklahoma, at age 61.²

     Lucretia died in November 1888 at Cameron, Steuben County, New York.¹ Her body was interred at Oak Hill at Bird Burying Ground. Lucretia Christine Snyder was also known as Christine Snyder. Her common name was Christine. Lucretia was born on 6 November 1814.^1,2 She married Isaac Loghry. Her married name was Loghry. Lucretia Christine Snyder was buried at Ross Cemetery, Canisteo Township, Steuben County, New York.³ She died in 1887 at Cameron, Steuben County, New York.³

     James was born at Cameron, Steuben County, New York, on 15 June 1851.¹ He was the son of Isaac Loghry and Lucretia Christine Snyder. He married Emily Johnson. James died on 3 May 1913 at Coudersport, Potter County, Pennsylvania, at age 61.

     Clarissa was born at Canisteo, Steuben County, New York, in 1840.¹ She was the daughter of Isaac Loghry and Lucretia Christine Snyder. Clarissa died on 9 May 1925. Richard L. Shafer [ggg grandson of Clarissa] writes, "I now have a copy of Clarissa's death certificate. According to it, she was born in Howard, New York. I calculate that her birth date was 27 Dec 1839; death date was 9 May 1925.".²

     She married Charles Nicholson.¹ Sarah was born in 1833.^2,1 She was the daughter of Isaac Loghry and Lucretia Christine Snyder. Sarah died on 20 January 1899.¹

     His body was interred at located in Cameron, Steuben County, New York, at Oak Hill Cemetery. Abraham was born at Tompkins, New York, in 1845. He was the son of Isaac Loghry and Lucretia Christine Snyder. He married Elmira Ross in 1877.¹ Abraham died on 29 November 1918 at Cameron, Steuben County, New York.

     Emily Johnson was born in 1837. She married James Hastings Loghry. Her married name was Loghry. Emily Johnson died on 18 December 1912 at Buck Settlement, Steuben County, New York; Two unnamed newspaper articles give us the details of Mrs. Loghry's life and death.

From a newspaper article called "NorthCameron", it states, "Friday, Dec. 18, 1912, occurred the death of Mrs. Emma Loghry at the home of her son Charley, in Oregon, after a long illness. She is survived by one son Charley Loghry, and one daughter Mrs. DellThompson, who died several years ago and left two little girls whom Mrs. Loghry has been a mother to since, until two or three years ago they were married and left to homes of their own. Since that time shehas been in very poor h ealth and has lived with her son. Her funeral was held at her son's house in Oregon, Monday, and burial at Bath."

Another article reads: "At the home of her son Charles, Saturday, occurred the death from cancer of Mrs. James Loghry, at the age of 75 years. The funeral was held Monday at the home of her son, Charles Loghry, of Buck Settlement, Rev. S. F. Frazier officiating. Burial was in Nondaga cemetery. Mrs. Loghry's maiden name was Emily Johnson. Her home for many years, and until after the death of her husband, was in the town of Cameron. She leaves one son, Charles; three grand daughters, Mrs. Harry Johnson, Mrs. Leo Babble, of Elmira, and Miss Marybelle Loghry, of Cameron; a sister, Mrs. Watts, and a brother, Charles Johnson ofCameron. Deceased was a member of the Methodist church and her life had been a noble example of its teachings."

     He married Sarah Loghry.¹ Charles died in 1893.¹

     Her body was interred at located in Cameron, Steuben County, New York, at Oak Hill Cemetery. As of 1867, her married name was Loghry.¹ She married Abraham Loghry in 1877.¹ Elmira died on 3 October 1914 at Cameron, Steuben County, New York.

     James was born on 29 November 1877. He was the son of Abraham Loghry and Elmira Ross. He married Rachael Loghry in 1906.¹ James died on 25 January 1942 at age 64.

     Lena Loghry was born in 1884.¹ She was the daughter of Abraham Loghry and Elmira Ross.

     Rachael Loghry was born circa 1875.¹ She was the daughter of Charles Loghry and Zillah Longwell. She married James L. Loghry in 1906.¹ Rachael died on 13 January 1937.

     Zillah died. Zillah was born at Urbana, Steuben County, New York, on 28 June 1842. She married Charles Loghry on 23 January 1871.

     Lynn was born at Cameron, Steuben County, New York, on 9 July 1910. He was the son of James L. Loghry and Rachael Loghry. He married Mildred M Shattuck on 23 March 1933.¹ Lynn D Loghry died on 20 November 1973 at Cameron, Steuben County, New York, at age 63.^2,1

     Mildred was born at Bath, Steuben County, New York, on 3 October 1911.¹ She married Lynn D Loghry on 23 March 1933.¹ As of 23 March 1933, her married name was Loghry.¹ Mildred M Shattuck died on 24 April 2004 at Steuben County Health Care Facility, Steuben County, New York, at age 92.² She was buried on 27 April 2004 at Nondaga Cemetery located in Bath, Steube County, New York.¹
