Thomas was one of the seven members forming Camden Baptist Church from "300 Years Along The Pasquotauk" page 50 . . a history of Camden County, North Carolina.
On May 8, 1730 he purchased land in Bertie County, North Carolina.
"History of Williamsburg, Original Settlers" dated 1736 - listed as within the territory limits of what is now Williamsburg County, but outside of Williamsburg twp as surveyed in 1736 . . . . Thomas and Mary Harrington along with many others.
His will is in Northampton County, North Carolina in 1744. His executors were Drury and Mary.
