BIOGRAPHY: The 1880 census of Orion Township indicates that her fatherwas born in VA. and her mother was born in IN. Note that there was twoWolf families living next door to Elizabeth and Thomas Beasley, at thistime. These may have been brothers of Elizabeth (it's hard to make outthe names of each of these Wolf "heads of households", but on the 1880census CD's they are listed as 27 yr old IL. born William Webster and 39yr old IL. born J. Pool Wolf).

Per the 1871 Plot Map of Fulton County, IL., he came to that county in1839 and was a farm owner in section 17 of Orion Township by 1871(thisinfo may be for another Jacob C. Wolf, or incorrect, when you compare itto his marriage date and place).
BIOGRAPHY: Per the 1850 census (FHC film #007,680; page 184), Jacob wasfarming in the Orion, Fulton co., IL. area. He had real estate therevalued at $1200, at the time. Of course, he had his wife and their 9oldest children living with them (census was dated Oct. 28, 1850, sotheir son, Jonathan, wasn't included, as he was born Dec. 6th of the sameyear).
BIOGRAPHY: Per the 1870 census of Orion Township, Fulton co., IL. (FHCfilm #545,722; page 191), Jacob was a 71 year old "farmer" there with$4000 worth of real estate and $1000 worth of personal property. Hiswife, Barbara, was "Keeping House" and 57 years old. Also living withthem were their children 29 yr old Daniel (Farm laborer), 21 yr oldBarbara (at Home), and 19 yr old Jonathan (Farm laborer). There also wasa 12 yr old N.Y. born Kenny Barr living with them, at the time.
