Celia Harriet Wade Lavender [Parents] was christened on 14 May 1819 in Chatham, Kent, England. She died in Monmouth, Warren Co, Ill. She was buried in Monmouth, Warren, Illinois. She married William Todd Fletcher.

BIRTH: DOB is her christening date. This information, as well as info onher parents and siblings came from the LDS "Vital Records Index - BritishIsles".

Wm. E. Rohr found a 56 year old England born (as were her parents)Harriet Fletcher, in the 1880 census of Waukegan, Lake co., IL. (see FHCfilm #1254221, page 582A). She is widowed and listed as the mother to a20 year old England born farmer, William H. Fletcher, who is single.This could be our Harriet, particularly beings she was married to aWilliam (was this son named after his father?).

Note by Joseph G. Rohr: "This was grandma's sister. I've been told sheand Grandma came to America at the same time, and also, she is buried inMonmouth cemetery. I don't ever remember seeing her, so I must have beenreal young when she died. No further record of her."

Need to search the 1850, 1860, and 1870 census for her. She may show upas a wife to somebody.

She was buried on 23 Feb 1856 in Mosher Cemetery, Warren, Illinois. She was baptized on 4 Jan 1995 in Arizo. She was endowed on 4 Jan 1995 in the Mesa Arizona temple. She married William Wallace on 15 Aug 1800 in Warren Co, Kentucky. They were sealed in 1970.

Joseph G. Rohr's records state: "No records on her parents, or brothersand sisters if any. Not sure of father's first name. Need research workdone. I know she is buried in Mosher cemetery for her tombstone andgrave is there. Several other Wallaces there, also.

Was christen June 1833 in Warren co., IL."

Joseph G. Rohr's PAF records say that he knew that she was buried in theMocher Cemetery, as he saw her tombstone and grave.

Note by Joseph G. Rohr: I'm sure she is buried in cemetery located ofold Monmouth /Galesburg hard road where Grandpa Pedigo is buried. Idon't remember name of cemetery but it is straight south of our farmhome, about 3 to 5 miles. About 1 mile after you cross the old hard roadthat goes to Monmouth and Galesburg. I could be wrong. I do remember atombstone having information either on her or Pedigo family. Also atombstone of Margaret Cooke, or maybe Murphy, with information on it thatis in our family on Mothers side.
