Mrs. Francis Grayson

Mrs. Francis L. Grayson, age 55 years, died at the Huntsville Hospital this morning at 9:40 o’clock following a short illness of complications.

She has been a resident of Owens Cross Roads for the past 20 years and her many friends will be grieved to learn of her passing.

Mrs. Grayson is survived by her father, William E. Hamer of Owens Cross Roads; one son John William Grayson of Norfolk; two daughters Marguerite and Lila Grayson both at home; two brothers, John E. Hamer of Tampa; Anderson Hamer of Texas; and three sisters; Mrs. Jimmie Lanier of Oklahoma; Mrs. Maggie McClure and Mrs. Homnit Holt both of Texas.

Funeral services will be conducted from the residence Thursday morning at 10 o’clock, the Rev. H. M. Hudson officiating. Interment following in Ebenezer Cemetery with Laughlin Wood in charge.
