  3. Original landowner of Fairfield - Recorded 1815, now lies at bottom of Brookville Lake.
  4. Deed of Partition dated 1816 - Hugh to William Rusing, land purchased jointly - Hugh to have East portion. S 21, T, 10 R 2W.
  5. Early landowner (Hugh and Mary) May 17, 1817 Fayette County Indiana
  6. Early landowner Union County Indiana
  7. 1820 Federal Census, Franklin County Indiana, (BOYS:two under 10/one 10-15/one 16-18/one 16-24/one 45 and over. GIRLS)one 10-15/one 45 and over.
  8. 1813 tax records Franklin County
  9. Buried Community Cemetery/Sims - Franklin County Indiana, died 88 years of age.
