This is a picture of my great grandfather, William Walter Vincent. This picture was taken with him holding a Honey Comb Forming Machine that he invented. He received a patent for his machine on Sept. 26, 1927. He formed Vincent Honey Combs Inc. in 1928 and sold stock in his company. William died a year later, May 9, 1929. After having been widowed his wife Minnie, sold the company for a minimal amount. Family stories say it was for only $50.00.And Mr. Lang who purchased the company went on to make a great deal of money.
