Just wanted to take a minute to thank you for attending our reunion. From all the feedback we have received, it was a great success. After tabulating the final expences we were able to forward $811.50 to the Wes Schauer family for the next reunion to be held on the August 1st. weekend in 2004. So plan now to attend and please encourage your children and their children to attend.

For an additional fundraiser for the next reunion, Ruth has offered to put together a family cookbook "if" she receives enough to make it worth while. We would like the book ready for the next reunion, so please start thinking about that 'famous, fabulous, family' recipe you are hoarding in your cupboard. In addition to the cookbook, we would like each family to put together a brief story of their family with pictures and forward both to:

Wes & Ann Schauer & family (host families of the next reunion) will be putting together a quilt made from quilt squares provided by you to be auctioned off at the next reunion. Get creative - use a special fabric from an old family heirloom, or perhaps a piece from each child's garment, or a family photo for a special memory square. You decide - but please give them time to do the quilting. Send your completed square to:
