Welcome to the family history of the David Alvra Wood III and his family.  My grandparents were from the families of Wood, Bomberger, Robinson and Liddle.  It turns out that Wood and Liddle are the least researched, and as Wood is my name I began researching this name and family first.  I’ve also included the information I’ve found on the Bomberger and Robinson families.  I have little or no information on Theron Liddle’s family.

Allow me a few words on the hobby of genealogy...While I’m sure you will enjoy absorbing this information, I’m also sure you will find even greater joy in taking up the work itself.  Genealogy research is a journey, and while the end results are truly valuable,   it is the journey that can be so rewarding.  If you like history and puzzles and are curious about your family, you won’t regret giving it a try.  If you would like to get started, there are many resources available to you. Now, this is my first attempt at publishing this information, so it is certainly incomplete, and could benefit from some iteration on the design and layout.  I will be building on this work with more research and hopefully input from you.
