He signed a will on 9 Nov 1801 in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania.

In the name of God Amen I Casper Geyer of Rostraver Township Westmoreland County
and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania being weak in body but of a perfect mind and
memory (Blessed be God) do this ninth day of November in the year of our lord
one thousand eight hundred and one make publish ordain this my last will and
testament in the manner following. That is to say first I desire that all my
just debts and funeral charges be paid out of my (personal) property. Secondly,
I will and bequeath unto my sons the tract of land surveyed by Jos. (Bankirk)
to them and their heirs according to the deeds made, namely to Joseph Geyer Fifty
acres, Andrew Geyer Fifty acres, George Geyer Fifty acres Danl Geyer Fifty acres,
John Geyer Fifty acres. The remaining part of Fifty nine acres more or less ...
bequeath unto my beloved wife Mary Geyer The tenth of all the profits of the
land in wheat rye corn hay and flax ... ... ... ... to her dwelling and also
the choice of two cows one mare three sheeps three hogs also one bed and furniture
with the ... ... dwelling house to live in and houshold furniture also the arched
and garden spot the Negro woman and Negro .... all .... her natural life. also
I will and desire that the remainder of moveable things cattle horses sheep hogs
etc be divided among Mary Fell Elizabeth Linder & Catherine Fell equal alike.

This indenture made the twenty day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand
eight hundred and one between Casper Geyer of Rostraver Township in the County
of Westmoreland and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and Mary his wife of the one
part and Joseph Gyer of the other part. Witness that the said Casper Geyer and
Mary his wife for and in consideration of the sum of fifty pounds to them in
hand paid by the said Jos Gyer receipt whereof they do hereby acknowledge have
granted, bargained, sold, aliened enfeoffed released and confirmed unto the said
Joseph Gyer his heirs executors administrators & assigns all that lot piece
or parcel of ground situate on the dividing Ridge between Youghiogheny (page
4) [and] Monongahela Rivers in the township and County aforesaid it being a part
of the same tract of land for which a patent or confirmation was granted unto
the aforesaid Casper Gyer the twentieth third day of November in the year of
our Lord one thousand seven hundred and eighty seven and enrolled in the Rolls
Office for the State of Pennsylvania in patent Book no. 11 beginning at a black
oak at Steels Corner and running with the same North sixty seven degrees West
seventy two perches to a hickory thence South fifty two degrees West fourteen
perches to a black oak by same thence by land of Stephen Hill South twenty five
degrees East one hundred and six perches to a post to corner of Daniel Gyers
thence by land of same South eighty six degrees East eighty nine perches and
five tenth to a post the corner of Daniel Andrew & George Gyers land and
running by lands of Andrews North twenty five degrees West one hundred and six
perches to a post thence by same South eighty six degrees West ten perches and
one tenth thence South seventeen degrees West fifteen perches to the place of
Beginning containing fifty two acres and forty nine perches. Together with all
and singular the rights, members privileges liberties hereditaments and appurtenances
thereunto belonging the reversions and remainder rents issues and profits thereof
unto him the said Jos Geyer his heirs and assigns to the only proper use and
behoof of the said Joseph Geyer his heirs and assigns forever and the said Gasper
Geyer and Mary his wife and their heirs the said hereby granted premises and
every part and parcel thereof unto him the said Jos. Geyer his heirs and assigns
shall warrant guarantee and forever defend against all persons claiming or to
claim by through or under them and their heirs forever and against all persons

his wife of the one part and Daniel Geyer of the township and County aforesaid
of the other part Witnesseth that the same Casper Geyer and Mary his wife for
and in consideration of the sum of Fifty Pounds to them in hand paid by the said
Daniel Gyer the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained
and sold aliened enfeoffed released and confirmed unto the said Daniel Gyer his
heirs executors administrators and assigns all that lot piece or parcel of ground

of Westmoreland Commonwealth of Pennsylvania farmer and Mary his wife of the
one part and Andrew Geyer of the township and County aforesaid of the other part
Witnesseth that the said Casper Geyer and Mary his wife for and in consideration
of the sum of Fifty Pounds to them in hand paid by the said Andrew Geyer the
receipt whereof they do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained sold aliened
enfeoffed released and confirmed unto him the said Andrew Geyer his heirs executors
administrators and assigns all that lot piece or parcel of ground situate on
the Dividing Ridge between the Youghiogheny & Monongahela Rivers in the township
and County aforesaid it being part of the same tract of land for which a Patent
or confirmation was granted unto the forementioned Casper Geyer the twenty third
