She was married to Cook McMillan on 7 Dec 1880 in Muskingum County, Ohio.⁽²²²⁴⁾ Iona Supplee lists that she married William F. Johnson 30 Apr 1885 but the 1880 census shows Willard H. McMillan, grandson, living with Isaac & Jane. Cook and Eliza were married by E. W. Daniels, Clergyman. Cook McMillan died on 12 Oct 1912. Eliza Alice Geyer and Cook McMillan had the following children:
