3 January 2009: I have brought the entire website up to date with the current state of our research, and have made a number of minor corrections and additions.
10 December 2008: The unexpected death of Les Damouth has left the
reference material for this site somewhat in a state of disarray. Dave, Les'
son, has sent me all the material he could find. I, Les' brother Dave, am
now sorting through it.
So far, I am unable to find names and addresses (and particularly, current
EMail addresses) for the many people with whom Les has corresponded, and who
have supplied valuable material for the site. It would be greatly appreciated
if such people would send me Email so that we can re-establish contact.
