His parents were: John Henry Blome and Adelle Gesine Krentzle.
LEE HENRY BLOME, 67 of Adairsville Georgia, formerly of Carlstadt, NJ, died
Wednesday, November 10, 1999. The cause was complications from pneumonia.
He was born in Union City, NJ, January 20, 1932, son of the late John
and Adele (nee Krentzel) Blome.
He was retired from Curtiss-Wright Aerospace Corp. on Woodridge, NJ
where, for 25 years, he was a service engineer, analyst for jet and
reciprocal engines. He was a graduate of Tererboro School of Engineering and
a licensed pilot.
Mr. Blome had served with the U.S. Air Force during the Korean Conflict
and was a member of the VFW in NJ.
Survivors include a son Thomas Blome and two daughters, Susan Blome and
Jane Wood, both of Cartersville, GA; one brother Hugo Blome of Vancouver
Canada and eight grandchildren.
A memorial service is being planned on or about January 22, 2000, in the
