Sarah Elizabeth (Sadie) Craig - Obituary

RITES FOR MISS CRAIG WILL BE HELD TODAY

Funeral services for Miss Sadie Elizabeth Craig, 84 years old, a resident of Joplin 42 years, who died at 1:10 o'clock yesterday afternoon at her home, 621 Moffet avenue, will be held at 3:30 o'clock this afternoon in the Hurlbut-Glover mortuary chapel. The Rev. Dr. Otto C. Seymour will officiate.

The body will be taken by train to Memphis, Mo., where burial services will be held at the Memphis cemetery at 2:30 o'clock Sunday afternoon.

Miss Craig's death followed an illness of two years. A native of Memphis, Miss Craig was a member of the First Presbyterian church.

Surviving are two sisters, Miss Hattie Craig and Miss Jennie Craig, who made their home with Miss Craig.
