This deed made this the 4th day of February 1885 between Thomas Bush of the county of Scott, and state of Virginia of the first part, and Thomas M. Bush of the county and state aforesaid of the second part.   Witnessed that for and in consideration of the sum of twelve hundred dollars in hand, paid the receipt is hereby acknowledged the said Thomas Bush do ___ bargains, sell & convey unto the said Thomas M. Bush & his heirs a certain tract or parcel of land lying in the county of Scott and State of Virginia situated on the North side of Castlewoods road and bounded as following to wit Beginning at ___ on said ___ thence running north said road, on Eastward course to J.H. Porters line & corner thence with said Porters line thence Northward course with T Serg__  line to ___ Farmers line thence near the same direction with  _. Farmers line near top of chestnut Ridge to Jones Powers line thence westward course with said Powers line to the Ramey line thence South ward with said Ramey line to said Castlewoods thence Eastward with road to the Beginning containing 200 acres be the same more or less.  The said Thomas Bush will ___ ___ the above descended boundary of land unto the said Thomas M. Bush with all it's improvements to wit forever on the following conditions to wit; the said Thomas Bush is to keep in possession the boundary of land until his death.  Then Thomas M. Bush is to take possession of said land and ten years after the death of Thomas Bush the said Thomas M. Bush is to pay his brothers and Sisters sixty-two dollars & fifty cents each & $62.50 and said land stands bound with said heirs until paid, now of the said Thomas M Bush complies with the above conditions. The said land is his forever free from all ____ witness the following signatures and seals this the 4 day of February 1855.                  Thomas Bush seal
