Margarett Lady Culpeper, Thomas Lord Fairfax Ye To all Ye Whereas Ye Know Ye, that we for and in consideration of the composition Ye do give and grant unto Thomas Bush of the County of Lancaster, bounded a followeth/ Viz. / beginning at a marked corner White oak of Abraham Moors, and Mr. Alex Newmans standing by Philip Saunders by Moratico Mill swamp, about half a mile above Moratico Mill from the white oak South, South East along Sanders line of marked trees and Newman’s line two hundred and twenty two poles to a corner pech hickory, standing in Mr. Newman’s line between two paths that leads to Moratico Mill, thence North Eighty one degrees East one hundred and six poles to a corner red oak saplin in Abraham Moors line near the mill road, thence along Moor’s line North West to hundred and sixty six poles to the corner white oak where it first began containing and being now laid out for seventy acres Ye Together Ye Royall mines Excepted Ye to have and to hold Ye yielding and paying two Shillings yearly Ye provided Ye dated 13 of January 1695/6.
