Area was known as Osborn Ford

  The Ledger was taken from this Building, however the original store was located
 200 yds. to the left of this building. Sinking creek is directely in front of the building, and the Clinch River is another 500 yds. or so from the creek.Land on both sides of the road is Osborne land.(The ledger is now located in the Library of Virginia) This store is still standing today.
