MRS. MARY
CUMMINS
The death took place at St.
James Hospital, Dublin, on Sunday April 7 of Mrs.
Mary Cummins, Main Street, Ballon. Formerly Ms. Mary Carroll,
deceased was a native of Kilcarry, Clonegal. Aged 74, the late Mrs.
Cummins was a deeply religious person, a kind neighbour and a good
friend and was held in high esteem by those who knew her. Her remains
were removed from Kearney's Funeral home, Fenagh, to Church of SS. Peter
and Paul, Ballon, on the evening following her death and burial took
place in Ballon cemetery after requiem mass on Tuesday April 9. The late
Mrs. Cummins is survived by her brothers Mr. Dan Carroll (Kilcarry), Mr.
Peter Carroll (Rathvilly), sisters Mrs. Josephine Houlihan (Dublin),
Mrs. Colette Martin (US) and by her nephews, nieces, brother-in-law,
sisters-in-law, and a large circle of friend. She was predeceased by her
husband Jim in 1993. |
