Bernard was born 14 Nov 1917 in Olean, Cattaraugus Co., NY. Bernard was the son of John Patrick Cullather and Mary Elizabeth McDonald. Bernard died 14 Apr 1979 in Fairfax, Fairfax Co., VA, at 61 years of age. His body was interred 19 Apr 1979 in Arlington Co., VA, Arlington National.
