Who is this little girl?

Is this Pearl Smith?

This photo, provided to me by Pat Werner, is likely to be one of two
people. It is either Gladiola Powell, or Pearl Smith. If Glady it
would have been taken probably about 1893 or so, and if Pearl
probably about 1901. In 1895 Jesse Powell & Mary Nell Lee Smith
married in Ft. Smith. They moved to Haskell Co, OK about 1899.
