McMenus the wife of Eli McMenus Living near Phillipsburg Mo Died Jan l8th l9ll She was 63 years old.  (NOTE TO THE FAMILY:  This was the wife of old Uncle Eli McMenus, brother of Joseph II.  This death started a run of deaths in the family, including two or three of their children, then finally Uncle Eli a few years later.  Most of their children died from some sort of lung disease or problems before they were 25, the oldest child living only until the ager of 40 something).
