(Note by Ashby Canter: On May 24, 1815, John Stallings of Calvert County, Md., brother of Sarah Craycroft made the statement that $60 of the testator's estate was paid to Delila DeMarr, grand-daughter of Sarah Craycroft, which was also signed by John Stallings and Benjamin Stallings. Sarah Craycroft was the widow of Bladen Craycroft.)

Text: In the 1830 Census his family is listed in Charles County under the name of James Marr. The fact that there were 7 children threw me off before, but now that I know that he married a widow with 2 children, all fits.

The two step children of James Theodore were, of course, John Perrie, Jr. and Susan A. Craycroft.
