Note: On July 17, 2000, Dan Craycraft received the following letter from Father B(ernard). Leo Craycroft of Louisville, Kentucky.

Dear Dan,

Thanks for your interest in the Craycroft and Craycraft families.

I loaned my copy of Sr. Mary Louoise Connelly's book to someone and they never returned it to me. Some of the information I give may not be 100accurate.

My father's name was George Hix Craycroft, born Feb. 5, 1896. His father's name, I think was Thomas Craycroft. My grandmother was Lela Richardson, I believe.

George Hic Craycroft and Josephine Hagan married in Feb. 1921. They had 10 children: Wm. Francis Craycroft, Rose Marie, Joseph Gerald, George Preston, Bernard leo (author), James Frederick, Josephine, Joseph Paul and Mary Lois. All are living except Joseph Gerald.

Fr. Stephen Pohl, (address deleted for privacy) may have more accurate information than I have about the Craycrofts. He is related to the Craycrofts, and seems to study the genealogy.

If you have Sr. Mary Louise's new address I would appreciate if you would share it with me. She no longer lives in Virginia.
