Note: John Craycroft (presumably Ignatius' son) and Luke Gardiner (son-in-law, married to Anne Craycroft) are listed as Administrator's of the will of Ignatius Craycroft in the Index of Wills, Administrations, and Inventories for Prince George's County, Maryland.

According to "Settlers of Maryland, 1679-1700" by Peter Wilson Coldham, owned the following properties: Craycroft's Purchase, 235 acres in Prince George County, recorded 10 Oct 1698; Little Addition, 122 acres in Prince George County (thought to be adjacent to Craycroft's Purchase), recorded 10 Oct 1698; Timber Neck, 265 acres, Calvert County, recorded 30 Jun 1694.

23rd Sept., 1707.

To wife Sophia, dwelling plantation, 450 A., –– and mansion house, during life. To son John and hrs., 600 A., –– and 300 A., –– nr. Gunpowder River, Balto. Co.

To son Ignatius and hrs., following lands, viz., 235 A., "Gallwiths" bought from Wm. Turner, 1 tract
"Little Addition," 189 A., "The Hatchett" and land belonging to branch on s. side Canadan's branch.

To son Henry and hrs., 575 A. bought of Joseph Letchworth near middle of Brook Court Manor.

To son Charles and hrs., 500 A., “Truman's Place,” 200 A., “Nutwell's Branches” adjoining thereto, also
100 A., "The Denial."

To 4 daus., Ann, Sophia, Elizabeth and Susanah, personalty, at 18 yrs. of age.
