LAND DOCUMENT OF WILLIAM CURLEE

		Talbot County }  This Indenture made and entered into 
				 this the Sixth day of December in
		the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred 
		and thirty three between William Curlee of the County and
		State aforesaid of the one part and John R. Smith of the 
		County and State aforesaid of the other part Witnesseth that 
		the said William Curlee for and in consideration of the 
		sum of Five hundred dollars to him in hand paid 
		at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents the
		receipt is hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained
		sold aliened? conveyed & confirmed and by these
		presents do grant bargain sell & convey and
		confirm unto the said John R. Smith his heirs 
		and assigns all the south half of lot of land known
		and distinguished by number one hundred and 
		seventeen in the twenty second district second section 
		formerly Muscogee now Talbot County containing 
		one hundred one and a quarter acres more or less 
		a line dividing said lot to run from east to west
		To have and to hold the said tract or parcels of land 
		with all and singular the rights numbers and appertances
		thereof whatsoever to the said John R. Smith being
		belonging or in any wise appurtaining with the
		remainder or remainders reversion or reversions
		unto fines? or profits thereof to the only proper use
		benefit & behoof of him the said John R Smith
		his heirs exec admrs & assigns in fee simple
		done the said William Curlee for himself his heirs
		executors & admrs the said bargained tract or parcel
		of Land unto the said John R Smith his heirs exec
		admrs & assigns againest the Said William Curlee his
		heirs exec admrs and all & every other person or persons
		shall & will warrant and defend forever by virtue of
		these presents In witness whereof the said William Curlee
		hath hereunto set his hand & affixed his seal the day &
		year above written
