Watson Salmons 50 Acres } This Indenture made this 25th day of November one
Land on Big Harpeth } Thousand eight hundred & thirty Between William S.
Conveyed by William S. } Webb of the one part and Watson Salmons of the other
Webb Registered 24th May 1811 } part Witnesseth that the said William S. Webb for and
} in consideration of two hundred dollars to him in
hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath bargained, solde and
confirmed unto the said Watson Salmons, his heirs and assigns forever, a certain tract
or parcel of land situate lying and being in the county of Williamson & State of Tennessee
on the waters of Big Harpeth river Beginning at a Ceader, James Hodges northwest
corner, running east 170 poles to a Dogwood P Hodges North east corner thence north
50 poles to a Ceader, thence West 70 poles to a Ceader in Stephens Woods east boundary
line, thence south to the beginning containing fifty acres be the same more or less. To
have & to hold the aforsaid tract of land and bargained premises with the appurtenances
to the only use of the said Watson Salmons his heirs and assigns forever and paid William
S. Webb for himseff his heirs executors administrators and assigns doth agree to and with
the said Watson Salmon his heirs and assigns that the before recited tract of land with
the appurtenances he will warrant and defend against the just and legal ________
of all persons whatsoever: In witness whereof the said William S. Webb hath hereunto set
his hand and seal the day and date first above written.

This deed of Conveyance from William S. Webb to Watson Salmans is produced in court
the execution thereof duly acknowledged and the same is ordered to be registered
