Coosa County           ) presents that we
     		   M.P. Curlee Lurenia Curlee his
    wife for and in consideration of the Sum of five ___
    and Sixty five Dollars to us in hand paid by
    Wm. Downs all of the County and State above written
    receipt where of we do acknowledge do hereby give
    bargain Sell and convey unto the Said Wm Downs ____
    and assigns all that parcel of Land know by South
    East quarter of Section Twenty Seven Township Twenty
    one and range Eighteen in the Tallpoosa Land District
    Subject to Sale at Montgomery to have and to hold the
    afore granted premises to the Said Wm Downs his heirs
    and assigns to his and their only proper use and bene
    -fit and hehoof forever in fee Simple together 
    all the rights members & appertinances there unto
    belonging and we do covenant with the Said
    Wm Downs his heirs and assigns that we are lawfully
    Seized in fee off the afore granted premises that
    they are free of all incumbrances that we have
    a good right to Sell and convey the Same to
    the Said Wm Downs his heirs and assigns, where _____
