I Jacob March of the State of Misorie and
County of Boone being of Sound mind but
but afflicted in body think it Nessary to
make my last Will and testament
first I will that Stephen March my
Son to have the place I now live on
Except one third to be my wifes during 
her life then to be my Son Stephens at
her death.  I also will that my wife have
five head of horses, two cows and a Calf and
the crop that is now on the farm and
hogs and the house and kitchen furniture
all to be hers as long as she is Considered
to be in her Right mind - - - - -
I bequeath one hundred dollars of the money
that is comeing to me from Kentucky
that it be laid out land in the state
of Misorie for use and benefit of my Son
John March and his heirs - - -
I also bequeath that my Son Archabld
March have the use and benefit of
one hundred dollars to be paid out in
land the State of Misorie for him and
his heirs - - - 
I bequeath to my daughter Lucy March
the blak mare and her Coatt known
by the name of Lucys mare; and her
saddle bridle and blanket
also a Cow Commonly called Lucys Cow
and her bed and the furniture belonging to
the bed and all the neting belonging to
the house - - -
I bequeath all of the house hold and
kitchen furniture at the death of my 
wife to be divided equally among
my daughters - - -
I bequeath to Rolan my black man
his freedom in the year Eighteen
hundred and forty, and while he Remains
a Slave to Serve my wife - - -
I bequeath to Lydda my black woman
her freedom from and after this day and
date
I bequeath that my black boy James 
Lyddas Son be free in Sixteen
years from this date and also her daughter
Roan a black girl belonging to me
be free in twenty years from this
date
I will that Abraham davenport and
Absalom March my Son be my
Executors, In testamony where of I have
