SETTLEMENT OF FLOYD CURLEE DECEASED

The State of Alabama { Probate Court Vacation
Coosa County { February 23rd 1858
This day having been set to hear and determ
in all matters as to the accounts heretofore filed
by William A. Wilson administrator of said
Estate for a final settlement of his said
administration. Now comes the Said adm
inistrator and moves the court that his said
accounts may be passed and allowed as the
same as has been by him filed as aforesaid
And it appearing that due Notice of the nat
ure of and time set to make such settlement
has been given In all respects according to
law, and Strictly in pursuance of the order
of Court made and entered in the premises
on the 14th day of November 1857 And Wm
T. Stubblefield who was heretofore duly appointed
Guardian ad litum to represent and protect the
interest of the minor heirs of said Estate are such

Settlements now appearing in court consenting
to act and proceeding to contest Said Settlement
The Court proceeds to hear the matters pertaining
to Said Accounts & to consider the evidences subm
itted Stating thereto: Where upon it is Shown by
Sufficient proof that Said administrator has
received of the assetts of said Estate the Sum of
Three hundred and forty dollars & Twenty Eight
Cents in money and that he has expended
justly in and about the costs and charges ____
say and incident to Said administration
and in the payment of the Just debts of said
Deceased the Sum of one hundred and Sixty
three dollars and thirteen cents, Leaving a
balance for distribution amongst those
entitled of one hundred and seventy Seven
dollars and fifteen cents, And said account
appearing to be full and correct, It is considered
and decreed by the Court that Said accounts
be and the Same are hereby in all things passed
and allowed as stated above, And it further
appearing to the Court that the following are
the heirs at Law of Said deceased To Wit:
Mary Ann Curlee Widow of Deceased, Anna Cathe
rine Carden wife of William Carden, Sisley
Ann Howard wife of George Howard of
Lawfull age and Wm D. Curlee & Mary Jane
Curlee minors All of whom are entitled to
Share the personal Estate of said Deceased
in Equal proportions So that the Said final
balance of money must be divided into
five Equal parts. It is considered by the Court
that each of the Said distributors are entitled
to have the Sum of Thirty five dollars paid
& forty three cents paid to them respectively
that being one fifth of the Said sum of
#177.15cts, and the proper Share to which
said distributors are severall entitled: it is therefore
adjudged and decreed that the said heirs and
distributors aforesaid do each have and
recover of and from the Said William A. Wilson
the Said Sum of Thirty five dollars & forty three cents
for which Execution my Issue as follows. Viz.
In favor of Mary Ann Curlee widow for her
Share: In favor of William Carden in right of
his wife Catherine Carden for her share. In favor of
George Howard in right of his wife Sisley Ann Howard
for her share. In favor of Calvin Humphries
Guardian of Wm D. Curlee for his Share. In
favor of Calvin Humphries Guardian
of Mary Jane Curlee for her Share.
It is further ordered that all accounts, vouchers,
evidences and Statements on file Relating
to this and any former settlement be
