A certain tract or parcel of land, containing One hundred Acres by Survey, bearing date the 24th day of May 1827 lying in the Tenth Surveyors District in Hardeman County in range four Section four and bounded as follows to wit Beginning at a Stake two black oaks and two hickory pointers eighty poles West of the South West corner of Entry No. 1110 for 145 acres in the named L. Sykert on the north boundry line of Entry No. for 500 acres in the name of T.P. Deveraux thence West 178 Poles to a Stake three black Jack and a black oak pointers thence North 90 poles to a Stake two post oak and two black Jack pointers, thence 178 poles to a stake a black Jack and twi hickory pointers thence South 90 poles to the Beginning With the hereditaments and appurtenances. To have and to hold the said tract or parcel of land with its appurtenances, to the said Allen Sammons and his heirs forever.
