Caroline Corn

The State of Ohio Gallia County.

Know ye that the judge of the Probate Court, of the county of Gallia and state of Ohio has nominated and appointed and by these presents does nominate and appoint James Corn, Guardian to the person and estate of Caroline Corn, ages about 52 years, deaf and dumb, or partially so, child of __?__, granting to said guardian and all singular, the power necessary and by law required to enable him fully to do, act, and perform all and singular the duties of such guardian for the aforesaid minor especially to the statute in such cases made and produced.

In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal of the Probate Court at Gallipolis, this 1st. day of Febry., 1868.
