(Both Robert and John Roland, his father, died of black tongue disease before the end of the war)

3) Martin Van Buren Corn--Kerr County, Co E, Wood's Regiment, 32nd Cavalry, TX Mtd, Volunteers

4) Lee Berry Corn, Pvt,  Co. F, Frontier Battalion, enlisted June 25, 1875, Texas Rangers
