Motion to remove guardian

This day this cause came on to be heard upon the motion hereinbefore filed, and was argued by counsel, and the Court having heard all the evidence adduced and being fully advised in the premises, do find that that said Caroline Corn is now an actual resident of this county, and that it is for her interest and advantage to have the said Adam Corn retained as her guardian and do refuse to remove him from his trust as such guardian.
