Last Will and Testament of Abraham Corn, Dec'd
Order of Probate
This day came Timothy Warrin, one of the subscribing witnesses to the
last will and testament of
Abraham Corn, deceased, and in open court on oath testified to the
due executing of said will which testimony was reduced to writing and by
him subscribed and filed with said will; and it appearing to the court
by said testimony thatsaid will was duly attested and executed, and that
the said testator at the time of executing the same, was of full age ,
and of sound mind and memory and not under any restraint whatever, it isordered
that said will and the testimony of the subscribing witness thereto
be recorded. And thereupon came Rejoyce Corn, widow of said deceased and
made her election to take under the will ofher said deceased husband.

Appointment
Rejoyce Corn - Administratix with the Will annexed of Abraham Corn, deceased.
Letters of administration with the Will annexed on the estate of abraham Corn deceased are hereby granted unto Rejoyce Corn, and she is ordered to give bond in the sum of Eight Hundered Dollars conditioned according to law. David McNeel and Tomothy Warrin are acceptd as sureties, and George Poor, Joseph Scurlock and Robert Mims are appointed appraisers.

This account having been duly advertised as hereinfore ordered, and
no exception thereto having been filed, the same is now confirmed and settled
and a balance of 81.40 belonging to the estate of said decedent is found
remaining in the hands of said administitix, which she is ordered to dispose
of according to the will of said decedent.
