Two old deeds for lands, including the old farm of Stephen Duncan, dated Feb 1, 1749, are in existance. They are from Thomas Duncan to his sons, William and John. The name Thomas Duncan is written in a good business hand, though evidently the signiature of an old man, in 1749.

Thomas Duncan sold land conveyed 200 acres of land to sons William and John in Feb-1749/50 at Cranbury, Middlesex County, New Jersey. He and Jane (Unknown) resided at at New Brunswick, Middlesex County, New Jersey, in 1752.
