Isora Belle Ridgeway, on 2. Apr. 1920 at Lincoln, Logan County, Illinois. Marjorie Tomlinson died on 31. May. 1969 at Mount Pulaski, Logan County, Illinois, at age 68.
MARJORIE FOSTER DIED SUDDENLY SATURDAY NOON
Mrs. Marjorie Foster, 68 years of age, died at 12:40 p.m. Saturday, May 31, 1969, at the Eileen Froehlich Beauty Shop. Mrs. Foster was born Aug. 4, 1900 in Mt. Pulaski, the daughter of George A. and Isadore Hickman Tomlinson. She was married to Dean Foster, April 2, 1920 at Lincoln, Illinois. He passed away December 11, 1961. She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Earl (Virginia) Jackson, Mt. Pulaski; and a foster daughter, Miss Lorena McKenny, Leroy, Ill. Also surviving are her mother; one brother, Alfred H. Tomlinson, Mt. Pulaski; and two sisters, Mrs. Walter Sams, Mt. Pulaski, and Mrs. Henry Hornbeck, Lombard, Ill. Two grandchildren, David and Sharon Jackson of Mt. Pulaski, also survive.
Mrs. Foster was a member of the Mt. Pulaski United Methodist Church and she was a past president of the Mt. Pulaski American Legion Auxiliary. Funeral services for Mrs. Foster were held at the Schahl Funeral Home at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, June 3, 1969, with the Rev. Thoburn Enge officiating. Music was furnished by Mrs. Francis Myrick at the organ and interment was in the Mt. Pulaski Cemetery. Casket bearers were Roy Jackson, Bill Duhs, Robert Horn, Dwain Johnson, Russell Curtis, and Charles Anderson.
She was buried at Mount Pulaski Cemetery, Mount Pulaski, Logan County, Illinois.
