Richard Kitchen was buried at Upper Churchyard, Conewago, York now Adams County, Pennsylvania; Secondly Richard KITCHEN and his wife, who apparently predeceased her husband since she is not included among his survivors, are probably buried in the "Upper"Church-yard in graves that were never marked or from which the gravestones have long since disappeared. In the list of unmarked graves in the KITCHEN burial plot might also be included those of Derrick KITCHEN and his wife and Henry KITCHEN, the son of Richard KITCHEN, who died before 1814. In addition there were probably other burials - graves whose occupants will never be known by name since the burial records of he colony were either lost or destroyed-if kept at all. He died on 30. Mar. 1810.
