Hello Scott. 

In the book, "Marriage Returns of Cumberland County, Maine Prior to 1892," on page 437, is the following entry: 
"Jan. 5, 1851   Henry M. Scott & Mary A. Pingram, both of Portland; by Rev. J.S. Eaton"
 
This is listed under the heading, "Portland returns in 1855" 

There is no other listing in the book for any Henry or H Scott in that book. 

In my CD ROM, Marriage Index: Maine, 1743-1891 is this entry. It isn't one of the marriages you asked about - neither of those is on the CD ROM - but it is interesting. 
"HENRY SCOTT: Henry Scott married Mary E. Marriner on Jan 28, 1852 in Cumberland County, Maine.
 
"Gender: Male

"Town: Brunswick 

"Church: First Parish Congregational Church "Additional information about this marriage may be found at the Family History Library under town records. "Reference # 0010595-0010596 & 0010598-0010599."
