Royal River Valley ... North Yarmouth, Maine

This information is derived from research about a Henry Scott listed in 1830 and 1840 US Censuses for North Yarmouth, Maine

Object of research: Sarah Jones & Henry Scott. Both happen to the names of my GGG-GP's. The Henry Scott & Sarah Jones here, are too young to be the married parents of Henry M. Scott, born in 1827, who lived and married in Portland, and Cape Elizabeth area. Unless mistranscribed -- these appear to be the children of John Lawrence and his wife Elizabeth .. referenced from Pownal, Vermont.
By coincidence .. GGG-GP's Henry Scott & Sarah Jones did have at least four children: Elizabeth, Clara, Mary, and Henry

Placed here for Scott family researchers.

There is a Henry Scott listed in the 1820 census for Cumberland Co., North Yarmouth. He has one male under 10, one male 26 and 45, 2 females under 10, 1 female between 10 and 16, and one female between 26 and 45.

There is still a Henry listed in 1830 in North Yarmouth, so either this is not the right one, or your death date may be incorrect.
Henry is now listed with one male under 5, one bet. 15 and 20, one bet 20 and 30. He is bet 40 and 50. Females: one bet. 5 and 10, 2 bet 15 and 20, one 20-30, one 30-40 and one 40-50.
There is no Henry listed for Cumberland Co. in 1840. Only 1 listed in ME, wrong age. No listing for Della, but she may be living with a married daughter. No other Scotts look to be related.
In the 1880 census for Peaks Island in Portland, there is a Lizzie Scott, wife of Lafayette Scott, b. 1846.
The IGI at familysearch.org has a marriage of a Henry M. Scott in 1851 in Portland, ME. Marriage of Henry Scott to Sarah Jones in 1807 in Cumberland, ME. Other marriages in 1838.
There is a birth of a Della E. Scott in 1859 in Maysville in Aroostock Co, ME. Based on marriage record, no parents given.
If you can provide the source of your information and the relationship between these women, we may have better luck. Lizzie, Carrie, and Della all sound like nicknames, which may complicate your search.
