Webmaster's G-GF James Keefe was born in Canada about 1861. He married a MacNeil from Prince Edward Island .. met where their families lived in Chelsea, near Boston, Massachusetts. Great-Grandfather Keefe used that legal name form, although an "O'" was occasioally added to the family name. His parents were born in Ireland, and emigrated to Canada; and he emigrated from PEI to the United States.
