  • William Durgin in 1890 Maie veterans Census and business directories .. may ahve been a relation, and New Hampshire born. Several Durgins served i the Civil War, many decorated and died. A William Durgin, NH born, was a ceremonial honor guard for President Lincoln's funeral train to Springfield, Il. Whether Mary Ann's Durgin's uncle or father is being researched.
