     Children of George2 Hammond and Susanna Silverthorn were as follows:

      ii. EARL; born 1 Oct 1910 at Au Sable, Iosco, MI; , ,  died 17 Jul 1971 at Pontiac, Oakland, MI, at age 60. 
     He and Bernard G. Hammond appeared on the census of 8 Jan 1920 at Harbor Beach, Huron, MI.  He and Bernard G. Hammond Both Bernard and his brother Earl were listed in attendance at their uncle William David Silverthorn's funeral in 1945 at Harbor Beach, Huron, MI, USA.  As of 1945, Earl Hammond and Bernard G. Hammond lived at Flint, MI, USA.

4.  BERNARD G.3 HAMMOND (George2, William1)  was born on 24 May 1903 at AuSable?, Iosco, MI. ,  He died on 17 Dec 1977 at Flint, Genesee, MI, at age 74.  He and Earl Hammond appeared on the census of 8 Jan 1920 at Harbor Beach, Huron, MI.  He and Earl Hammond Both Bernard and his brother Earl were listed in attendance at their uncle William David Silverthorn's funeral in 1945 at Harbor Beach, Huron, MI, USA.  As of 1945, Bernard G. Hammond and Earl Hammond lived at Flint, MI, USA.

Endnotes 

 Needs further verification but the Pinecrest Cemetery records (1868-1989) in Oscoda, Iosco County, show a William Hamond (1841-1910).  This does not match the 1900 census records for birth year but no other Wm Hammond has been located so far.
