WILLIAM GERALD VAUGHAN,  son  of Gertrude E.C.  DALEYand William  H. VAUGHAN was born 16 September 1899 at Emmetsburg, Iowa. He married Ruby Icle LEONARD 23 Oct 1923.  She was born 17 December 1901.  William was a  tailor and in business with his father and then when his father retired, with his brother James Leonard Vaughan. He sold out  to James in 1947 and went to Glidden,  Iowa  where  he started a dry cleaning business. Ruby  died 6 June 1967  in  Glidden.  They  had six children.

JAMES LEONARD VAUGHAN, son of Gertrude E.C. DALEY and William H. VAUGHAN was  born 8 September 1901 at Emmetsburg, Iowa. He married  Mary Margaret Downs WALKER 8 September 1922 at Cedar Rapids, Iowa.  She  was born 13 May 1907 at Emmetsburg, Iowa. James was in  the  dry  cleaning business with his father and
brother Gerald.  He  bought  out  his  brother's share of the business  in  1947  and  operated  it  until  his death which occured in July, 1957. James and Mary  had  six children, all born in Emmetsburg, Iowa.

LETA HARRIET VAUGHAN,   daughter  of  Gertrude E.C. DALEY and William H. VAUGHAN  was born 4 June 1905 in Emmetsburg, Iowa. Leta was a secretary for many years. In 1952 she was employed as a bookkeeper for a clothing firm in Emmetsburg. She opened a  dressmaking  shop  of  her own in 1958. She never married.

HAROLD WAYNE FREEMAN, son of Brant Hammond Freeman and Dollie BRAZELL was born 18 May 1908 at Lake Andes, South Dakota. He married Frances OWINN of Kennebec, S. Dakota 1 January 1930. They were married at Pierre, S. Dakota and later moved to Caldwell, Idaho where they made their home. Harold died of a
heart attack 18 October 1962. Frances was still living at Caldwell, Idaho in 1969. They had two children:

In 1969 David was a student at Boise State College
 

JAMES BERNARD FREEMAN, son of Brant H. Freeman and Dollie BRAZELL was born 6 August 1909 at Lake Andes, S. Dakota. He married Betty Lorraine SMYTH 20 August 1949. She was born 24 November 1924. James moved to Kennebec, S. Dakota in 1920 with his family where they lived until 1934 when they all moved to the Caldwell, Idaho area. Two children: 

1. Conley Vernon Freeman        b. 18 Dec 1945
2. Lonnie James Freeman         b. 22 May 1950
Lonnie was in the Army in 1969.
 

RUSSELL BRANT FREEMAN, son of Brant H. Freeman and Dollie BRAZELL was born 14 April 1913 at Lake Andes, S. Dakota. He married Winona M. HEFFLEFINGER 1 October 1932.She was from Kennebec, S. Dakota. They moved to Idaho in 1936 where they lived at Caldwell. Two children:

BETTY LOUISE FREEMAN, daughter of Brant H. Freeman and Dollie BRAZELL was born 4 March 1920 at Wagner, S. Dakota. She married Owen D. MOORE 10 April 1943 of Kennebec, S. Dakota. They were married at San Diego, CA. One child

1. Marcia Jean Moore            b. 22 Mar 1947 Caldwell, ID.
 

MARJEAN DAWN FREEMAN, daughter of Brant H. Freeman and Dollie BRAZELL was born 21 January 1926 at Wagner, S. Dakota. She married Richard K. BEATTY in 1947. He was from Caldwell Idaho. They lived in Molalla, Oregon. They had two children.

MARION RUTH HALL, daughter of Laura Jane Hammond and George R. HALL was born 25 December 1898 near Nashua, Iowa. She married Harold LAWSON 31 December 1936 in California. He was born 5 September 1896. Marion died 2 January 1949 in Portland, Oregon and is buried in Oak Hill Cemetery at Nashua. They had no children.
 

CLYDE ELMER HALL, son of Laura J. Hammond and George R. HALL was born 6 January 1900 at Nashua, Iowa. He married Signe Irene ANDERSON 27 June 1925 in Chicago, Illinois. She was born 22 October 1902 in Chicago. No Children.
 

FAY HARLAND HALL, son of Laura J. Hammond and George R. HALL was born 2 January 1905 at Nashua, Iowa. Harland was married several times. (no information) At the age of 52 he became a father which is the first child in the line of Laura Jane
Hammond Hall.

DOROTHY ROXY FREEBURG, daughter of Maude Louise Hammond and Arthur William FREEBURG was born 6 October 1908 near Nashua, Iowa. She married Glenn Ashton ENLOE 28 September 1929 at Charles City, Iowa. He was born 25 August 1906 near New Hartford, Butler County, Iowa. No children.
 

GALE HAMMOND, son of Simon Lee Hammond and Mary SCHULTZ was born 16 June 1907 at Nashua, Iowa. He married Alta Lela RATTINK 4 September 1930 in Allison, Iowa. He was born 7 October 1909 at Bristow, Iowa. They had four children.

RUBY HAMMOND, daughter of Simon Lee Hammond and Mary SCHULTZ was born 17 May 1914 at Nashua, Iowa. She married Perry FERGUSON 20 May 1945 at Nashua. Perry was born 6 April 1914 and died in April 1946. He is buried in Greenwood Cemetery at Nashua, Iowa. They had one child.

MAX HAMMOND, son of Edgar Delos Hammond and Pearl TRACY was born 28 June 1909 at Nashua, Iowa. He married Florence BRITTLE 2 February 1936 at Tampa, Florida. She was born 23 November 1912 in Hernando County, near Brooksville, Florida. They had three children all born in Hernando County, FL.

ALICE MARIE HAMMOND, daughter of Frank D. Hammond and Pauline FLINT was born 17 May 1932 on a farm near Nashua, Iowa. She married John Levi MOHR 7 June 1959 at Nashua. He was born 28 January 1929 in Bradley, S. Dakota son of Carl and Adelaide MOHR. They had three children all born in St. Louis, MO.

Company in Marshall.  Mable had a daughter by a previous marriage. Linda Lee Mann b. 10 June 1947. Frank and Mable were divorced 6 February 1968 and Frank married Patricia Joan BEHLING 9 February 1968. She was born 22 April 1948.

They lived two and one half miles southeast of Olivet, Michigan. George was a foreman at the Eaton Mfg. Company in Marshall, Michigan. They had four children.

WAVA HAMMOND, daughter and first child of Lester Hammond and Goldie BUCHOLZ was born 11 December 1919 in Ashley, Michigan. She married Mancell Lee BOYD 10 Dec 1936. Mancell was born 18 November 1912 in Rodessa, Louisiana, son of George Sylvester Boyd and Mary Catherine Harris. Mancell died in Carson City, Michigan 11 September 1973. They had eight children: Wava married second Theodore Roosevelt BATES 1 May 1981. He died 3 December 1993 in Elsie, Michigan.

Harold and Harlene were divorced and Harold has custody of the children.  Harold married second Sharon Louise LAMBERT in Vacaville, Solano County, CA., 18 August 1970.  She was born 17 May 1948 in Oakdale, California daughter of Harold K. LAMBERT and Betty J. McCARDIA. He was born 17 March 1926 in San Francisco, CA. Ruth and Donald were divorced and Ruth married Claud Wiley YOUNG 1 October 1956 in Modesto, CA.  Claud was born 10 April 1925.  Ruth and Don had one child and Ruth and Claud had three children.

DORA MINERVA HARRIS, daughter of Minerva Hammond and James W.L. HARRIS was born 29 May 1921. She married Grant William HARTNELL who was born 21 June 1897. Grant died 6 December 1962 and is buried in the old Brick Cemetery near Ashley, Michigan. Dora married 27 February 1965, Warren Garth MORGAN.

LLOYD JAMES HARRIS, son of Minerva Hammond and James W.L. Harris was born 12 January 1925. He married Arlene Hainer in 1945. She was born 18 July 1929. Lloyd and Arlene were divorced in 1949. Lloyd then married Geneta COURTER, 27 July
1949. Geneta was born 20 June 1932. Lloyd had one child by Arlene and Lloyd and Geneta had nine children.

November 1943. Emery had one child by Aletha and two children by Leona.

CELEST HAMMOND, daughter of Cecil Hammond and Jennie VANETTI was born 3 August 1933.  She married Donald NEWMAN 20 September 1952.  Celest died 20 February 1953 at nineteen years of age.  No children.
 

FRANCES LEE HAMMOND, son of Cecil Hammond and Ellen HOY HAMMOND was born 11 Dec 1941. He married Helen HOISENTON 1 November 1960. She was born 29 December 1941. Two children.
