264. Abigail⁷ DOTY (John⁶, Peter Henry⁵, John⁴, Edward³, Samuel², Edward¹) was born in Brooke County, Virginia August 26,1806. Abigail died January 26, 1860 in White River Township, Johnson County, Indiana at 53 years of age.

She married Jacob SUTTON November 21, 1825 in White River Township, Johnson County, Indiana. Jacob was born June 2, 1802 in Middletown, Butler County, Ohio. Jacob was the son of James SUTTON and Elizabeth BELL. Jacob died 1882 at 80 years of age.

Abigail DOTY and Jacob SUTTON had the following children:

362 i. Lewis⁸ SUTTON was born in White River Township, Johnson County, Indiana circa 1831.

363 ii. Sarah SUTTON was born in White River Township, Johnson County, Indiana circa 1833.

364 iii. Mary SUTTON was born in White River Township, Johnson County, Indiana circa 1836.

365 iv. Ebenezer SUTTON was born in White River Township, Johnson County, Indiana circa 1838.

366 v. Isaac SUTTON was born in White River Township, Johnson County, Indiana circa 1841.

367 vi. Peter SUTTON was born in White River Township, Johnson County, Indiana circa 1844.

368 vii. Curtis SUTTON was born in White River Township, Johnson County, Indiana circa 1848.
