254. David⁶ BAKER (Jacob⁵, David⁴, Jonathan³, Nathaniel², Thomas¹) was born in Elizabethtown, Essex County, New Jersey November 30, 1751. David died March 6, 1833 in Morristown, Morris County, New Jersey at 81 years of age.

He married Phebe WILCOX May 2, 1773 in Morristown, Morris County, New Jersey. Phebe was born June 18, 1756 in Morristown, Morris County, New Jersey. Phebe died September 30, 1835 in Morristown, Morris County, New Jersey at 79 years of age.

David Baker was born in Elizabethtown. In 1777, after the death of his father, he moved to Hanover Township in Morris County and lived there until about 1785. He then lived in New York City until about 1800 and then returned to Morris County where he died.

David BAKER and Phebe WILCOX had the following children:

422 i. Abigail⁷ BAKER was born circa 1775.

423 ii. Jacob BAKER was born in Hanover, Morris County, New Jersey circa 1777.

424 iii. James BAKER was born in Hanover, Morris County, New Jersey March 18, 1779. James died October 10, 1851 in Lake Geneva, Walworth County, Wisconsin at 72 years of age. He married Elizabeth PRICE December 15, 1799 in Morristown, Morris County, New Jersey.⁽⁴²⁸⁾ Elizabeth was born March 20, 1780 in Morristown, Morris County, New Jersey. Elizabeth died October 24, 1870 in Lake Geneva, Walworth County, Wisconsin at 90 years of age.

427 vi. Mary BAKER.

428 vii. Phebe BAKER. Phebe died January 24, 1817 in New York City, New York County, New York at 30 years of age.

429 viii. Eliza BAKER was born circa 1794.

430 ix. Sarah BAKER was born circa 1796.

431 x. William Wilcox BAKER.
